Job summary

Pyramid8 is seeking an experienced Tenancy Manager/Neighbourhood Caseworker to investigate anti-social behaviour, nuisance and tenancy breaches, supporting safe, sustainable communities. You will manage a caseload, conduct home visits, interview tenants and witnesses, gather evidence and liaise with partner agencies.

A vehicle and mileage claim are required. Role is Monday–Friday, temporary 10–12 weeks, with emphasis on enforcing appropriate action and safeguarding concerns while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience handling anti-social behaviour calls/incidents.
• Own vehicle and mileage claim at 50p per mile.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of ASB, nuisance and tenancy breach cases.
• Conduct home visits to investigate complaints and gather evidence.
• Interview tenants, witnesses and complainants; maintain case records.
• Coordinate with Police, Local Authority and other agencies to resolve issues.
• Escalate breaches through enforcement processes and prepare legal documentation when required.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and refer to appropriate services.
