Job summary

Leeds International is seeking an ASB Team Supervisor in Leeds to lead a dedicated team tackling anti-social behaviour across communities. You will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to officers managing varied caseloads and ensure high-quality case management.

You will work with partner agencies, local communities and legal teams to drive performance, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for residents, victims and witnesses.

Qualifications

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of ASB professionals.
• Provide expert advice and oversight on complex, sensitive, and high-risk ASB cases.
• Ensure effective use of legislative and enforcement powers to resolve anti-social behaviour and community safety concerns.
• Drive high standards of performance, case quality, and customer service.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with West Yorkshire Police, housing providers, community safety partners, and other stakeholders.
