Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a committed ASB professional to join the Housing Directorate's regional ASB team in Hastings or Horsham. You will respond to ASB, manage risk, and help residents feel safe in their homes and communities.

You will triage reports, assess risk, agree action plans, investigate incidents, and work with internal teams and external partners to tackle ASB effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience of ASB case management in a social housing or similar environment is essential.
• Knowledge of repairs, housing management, or tenancy enforcement is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Triage new reports and assess risk on a duty basis.
• Agree action plans and investigate incidents with empathy and sound judgement.
• Manage a varied caseload and gather evidence to support appropriate actions.
• Apply proportionate remedies and work with internal teams and external partners.
• Address ASB proactively to keep residents safe and supported.
