Theramex, London-based with a hybrid work model (3 days in office), seeks an artwork operations specialist for Women’s Health portfolios. You will support regulatory compliance, manage artwork projects, and coordinate with Supply Chain and CMOs to ensure timely updates across global markets.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and delivering high-quality artwork changes while navigating a matrix organization.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years artwork operations experience in pharma.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical artwork and labeling requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and adaptable, with strong planning skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting targets.
• Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization.

Aufgaben

• Manage artwork projects from initiation through implementation.
• Liaise with global and local Regulatory teams on requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to plan and implement new artwork.
• Work with CMOs to obtain technical approval of artwork components.
• Maintain ERP systems with artwork/packaging changes and PO data.
• Coordinate with external partners (studios, translators, distributors).
• Monitor timelines, milestones, risks and escalate as needed.
• Maintain project documentation for compliance and audits.
• Support cross-functional communication across Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing.
