Research Partnership in London is seeking an experienced market research leader to oversee qualitative and quantitative work, acting as the primary client contact and guiding projects from kickoff to delivery.

You will support the Team Director with people management, develop internal processes, and begin formal business development by writing competitive proposals to win new business. Collaboration and mentoring are key.

Qualificações

• At least 7 years of experience in market research, including within the healthcare industry.
• Strong qualitative and (ideally) quantitative research capabilities.
• Experience in leading projects and client management.
• Desire to progress business development skills, with the ultimate aim of generating your own clients.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee qualitative and/or quantitative research projects and project teams, be the main point of contact with the client, and write and give client presentations.
• Support the Team Director to manage the team, including appraisals, pay reviews, performance monitoring, development, training, recruitment and internal procedures.
• Take first steps in formal business development.
• Write proposals to win new business, consider timescales and calculate the research cost with Directors and Project Managers.
• Involvement in talent acquisition and assessing potential new staff.
