Job summary

Raytheon Technologies leads UK defence training initiatives through OMNIA Training, driving high-impact verification, validation and test activities for the British Army training system transformation. You will manage ITEA teams, develop schedules, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to secure system-level acceptance.

The role emphasises leadership in complex programmes, systems engineering, and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management

Qualifications

• Experience in producing and managing Verification and Validation Requirements Matrix (VVRM) across systems and capabilities.
• Experience in leading and coordinating ITEA teams and schedules.
• Strong systems engineering knowledge and assurance/acceptance processes.
• Demonstrated leadership in multi-disciplinary, complex programmes.
• Familiar with test, trial scripting and automation planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration, test and acceptance activities per programme schedule.
• Define and maintain ITEA strategy, plans, milestones and objectives.
• Coordinate ITEA teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare and review Integration, Test and Acceptance Plans and Reports.
• Establish measurable acceptance criteria for testing phases.
• Create and maintain end-to-end integrated test plans and coverage.
• Track defects, triage severity, and ensure timely re-validation.
• Produce dashboards and evidence for ITEA governance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards.
