About the role:

Argos Shift Managers are responsible for managing shifts within our Argos stores, inspiring and motivating teams, and providing on-the-job support. They coach colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and may lead the full store operation in the absence of the Store Manager, overseeing tasks such as organizing the warehouse, managing deliveries, and serving customers. They are experts in our products and services, focusing on driving sales and profitability.
