Job summary

BardWood is seeking Area Support Officers in Stoke to provide security across client premises and retail sites. You will perform patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents with ASCONE/SAFER procedures. Travel between sites and be flexible for day, night and weekend shifts.

The role requires a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence, a driving license with access to your own vehicle, and a 5-year checkable work history. Roles transfer to our client after 12 weeks with attractive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide security support across client premises and retail sites.
• Carry out regular patrols and maintain a strong security presence.
• Provide cover at different sites as required by the business.
• Monitor access and egress and respond to incidents appropriately.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors and clients.
• Complete accurate incident reports and follow ASCONE/SAFER procedures.
• Travel between sites and support other duties as required.

About the role

Title – Area support officer

Pay Rate – £12.71

Location – Stoke

Shift Timings – Must be available to workboth day and night shifts, including weekends, and be willing to travel reasonable distances as required.
