Job summary

BardWood is seeking reliable Area Support Officers to cover security across multiple client sites in Liverpool. The role involves regular patrols, responding to incidents and maintaining a strong security presence in varied environments.

Successful candidates will hold a valid SIA DS licence, have a car, and be willing to travel distances as required. This is a shift-based position with day and night availability, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licence.
• Must be a driver with access to their own vehicle.
• Must be willing to travel reasonable distances as required by the business.
• Must be willing to work within retail environments.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide security support across various client premises and retail sites.
• Carry out regular patrols and maintain a strong security presence.
• Provide cover at different sites as required by the business.
• Monitor access and egress and respond to incidents appropriately.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors and clients.
• Complete accurate incident reports and follow ASCONE/SAFER procedures.
• Respond confidently to emergencies and elevate issues when required.
• Travel between sites and support other duties as required.

Pay Rate – £12.71
