The successful candidate will be able to work some evenings and weekends, with some travel expected. An NVQ Level 5 (minimum) in social care or equivalent is essential. Extensive experience in a senior management or governance role within complex care is necessary, including understanding of legal frameworks related to mental health and forensic governance. Passion for positively shaping lives is equally important.
