Job summary

Citrus Facilities Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced Area Cleaning Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across Hampshire and surrounding areas. You will lead sites on a flexible schedule, support your teams and maintain exceptional standards.

You’ll recruit and train staff, perform quality audits, build strong customer relationships, manage rotas and safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement with autonomy.

We don't expect you to sit in an office watching the clock we expect you to look after your customers, support your teams and ensure our standards remain exceptional. That is any time we are on site and expect you to work your own schedule What you'll be doing
