Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy, a Wiltshire-based facilities and cleaning business, is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee three large commercial sites. You will lead a small cleaning team, perform site visits and ensure contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

A full UK driving licence and travel between Poole and Salisbury are essential. This is a varied, autonomous role with a company vehicle provided, offering exposure to client relationships,

• Experience in contract cleaning or facilities management.
• Experience managing teams across multiple sites.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operation of three large commercial sites
• Leading, supporting and motivating a small team of cleaning staff
• Conducting regular site visits, audits and quality checks
• Managing staffing levels, rotas and holiday cover
• Building strong relationships with clients and responding to requests promptly
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering cleaning consumables where required
• Carrying out cleaning duties and providing hands-on support when necessary
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
• Maintaining high cleaning standards across all contracts
• Producing reports and updating management on site performance

We're looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join a growing facilities and cleaning business based in Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing operational management with customer service, team leadership and maintaining high standards across multiple locations.

You’ll oversee three large commercial sites across the region, managing a small team of cleaning operatives while ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. A full driving licence is essential as travel between sites between Poole and Salisbury forms a key part of the role.
