Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for an Area Security Officer on behalf of a global security and outsourcing group. The role covers sites around Birmingham, with mixed shifts (days, nights, weekends). A valid SIA licence is required, along with a full clean UK driving licence and your own transport.

You will greet staff and visitors, control access, patrol the premises, handle disturbances and report incidents. Strong communication and IT skills are essential.

Job description

Area Security Officer for a leading global security and outsourcing group, specialising in outsourcing of business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat.

Contract Information

Location: Covering sites around Birmingham

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour minimum (rate dependent on site)

Shift Pattern: Mixed shift pattern - days, nights and weekends (usually 12 hour shifts, 06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00)

You will require a valid SIA licence to apply for this role.

Applicants must have a full clean UK driving licence and your own transport to apply for this position.

Your Time at Work

As an Area Security Officer you role will include:
