The Role:

We’re seeking a Regional Sales Representative who’s confident, energetic, and passionate about meeting people and creating opportunities. This is not a desk job—you’ll be on the road, meeting with decision-makers at construction sites, infrastructure firms, local councils, and distributor locations. You’ll be the face of Eccles in your region, championing our product range while understanding and solving real client challenges.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to break into a future-proof industry, learn on the job, and fast-track into leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate leads through site visits, cold calls, referrals, and inbound inquiries
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and reporting
  • Conduct on-site client meetings, product demos, and technical consultations
  • Develop relationships with architects, site managers, purchasing teams, and distributors
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Work alongside internal teams (marketing, design, production) to deliver tailored solutions
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitive intelligence
  • Attend regional expos, council briefings, trade events, and product showcases as required
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and brand representation across every touchpoint

What We're Looking For:

  • A confident communicator with a passion for sales and face-to-face interaction
  • Someone with grit, resilience, and a hunger to win new business
  • Clean driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively (3–4 days/week on the road)
  • A keen learner with a willingness to understand technical product details
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage a flexible work schedule independently
  • Prior sales or business development experience is beneficial (especially in B2B, construction, or manufacturing), but not mandatory
  • Someone comfortable using CRM tools, emails, video calls, and WhatsApp for daily reporting
