Position: Area Sales Representative - NORTH
Summary: This position is responsible for the market development and customer growth of our POPCAKE COMMERCIAL & ASHWOOD’S business within an assigned territory, through a combination of sales prospecting, sales presentations & proprietary equipment placement. The role is remote based and reports directly to our Head of Sales – UK/Ireland.
Marriott hotels, Hilton hotels, Accor Hotels, independent hotels & Hotel Management Groups, Airline Lounges, Education (Schools, Colleges), Healthcare (Assisted living) and all suitable foodservice operators specifically specializing in the buffet breakfast space. Networking within the Hotel, Hospitality and Food & Beverage industries, proactively using LinkedIn to develop relationships, build networks and drive overall business development.
Proven sales experience in a field or territory-based role. Experience in the related HoReCa sales field is advantageous. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
£32,000 - £35,000 base salary, OTE (with performance-related bonus) of £45,000. Workplace pension contributions. 20 Days paid annual leave plus bank holidays. Mileage paid.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Proficient with web-based presentation tools. Proficient with working with Zoho CRM or a similar CRM platform.
