Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is recruiting for Area Sales Managers covering North and South regions to drive tile sales. You will focus on selling a distributed range of floor and wall tiles to wholesalers, distributors and tiling contractors across designated territories.

The role requires proven construction field sales experience, strong planning and presentation skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach. North/South split will be managed from Birmingham, with an uncapped commission structure

Qualifications

• Must have construction field sales experience.
• Tiles or related experience advantageous.
• Strong planning and presenting skills.
• Go-getter with roll-up-sleeves mentality.

Responsibilities

• Field sales position selling a distributed range of floor & wall tiles to tile wholesalers, distributors, merchants and contractors.
• Spend all time selling to wholesalers, distributors, merchants, tiling contractors, fit-out contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors, specialist contractors, housebuilders and developers.
• Turnover target to be confirmed.

• The North & South spilt will be at Birmingham
