Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover flooring products and related building materials. You will drive field sales to flooring distributors and contractors, with revenue responsibility around £2.3m and a target to grow accounts.

The role involves technical product advice, on-site visits, and managing approximately 20 spending accounts, with a focus on building products and adhesives.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to distributors and contractors in building products.
• Ideally flooring products or related materials experience.
• IT literate and able to travel to sites and customers.

Responsibilities

• Field sales position selling a high quality range of flooring adhesives and sealants.
• Sell to flooring distributors and flooring contractors such as Headlam, Brookvale, Tradechoice.
• Oversee revenue responsibility of circa £2.3m.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
• Manage roughly 20 spending accounts.

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Flooring Products

• Field sales position selling a high quality range of flooring adhesive & sealant products
• All of your time will be spent selling to flooring distributors and flooring contractors such as; Headlam, Brookvale, Tradechoice and Likewise
• Revenue responsibility for circa £2.3m
• Project sizes with vary depending on size and scope
• Give sound technical advice to customers
• Will be expected to go on site
• Roughly inheriting 20 spending accounts

• Must have building products / materials field sales experience selling to distributors and contractors
• Ideally flooring products to flooring distributors & flooring contractors
• IT literate
