Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (negotiable) + Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (1-hour lunch break)

The Role

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

• Implement effective sales strategies to drive business objectives
• Build and manage your sales pipeline, identifying new market opportunities
• Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service
• Analyse market trends and provide strategic insights to senior management

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the pumping, pressurisation, or facilities management industries
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• An analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and market analysis
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK
