Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Power Generation Hire to cover West Scotland. The role focuses on selling power generators and battery systems, balancing new business development with account management, and achieving ambitious turnover targets through proactive field sales activity.

You will operate in sectors like FM services, data centres, M&E contractors, infrastructure, and construction, with a structured induction during probation and a subsequent bonus scheme

Qualifications

Proven track record selling hire of technical products in construction/energy sectors.
Experience in field sales and managing an existing customer portfolio.
CRM/IT literate with Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

Sell the hire of power generators and battery systems to a range of sectors.
Develop 50% new business and 50% account-manage an existing portfolio.
Forecast and report using CRM systems (Salesforce) and achieve area turnover targets.
Budget management and negotiation of commercial offers.
Attend induction and training during probation and enter bonus scheme after 6 months.
