Area Sales Manager - Covering the London Area

Salary: Up to £50,000 Basic DOE, Realistic OTE £80,000+ (Uncapped Commission) + Company Car

Job Type: Full-time, Home-based, Regional Role covering the specified postcode areas

Carfinance 247 is the leading online Car Finance broker in the UK, specializing in providing customers with car finance through our Manchester headquarters, home-based operations, and our rapidly expanding motor dealer channel.

This is a new and rapidly growing sector of our business, and we are building a team of Field Sales Professionals to proactively develop the motor dealer channel.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and develop a regional area across the UK.
  2. Proactively acquire new motor dealer partners for CF247.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing motor dealers, integrating CF247 into their finance offerings.
  4. Coordinate with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  5. Achieve set sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  6. Utilize and update the CRM system to manage activities and pipeline.
  7. Conduct business reviews to ensure service excellence and regulatory compliance.
  8. Attend Head Office meetings once per quarter.
About You:
  1. Proven experience in selling within the Motor Trade.
  2. Experience in account management and business development in motor finance is desirable.
  3. Proactive approach with high activity levels to meet targets.
  4. Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  5. Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
  6. Experience in new business development and maintaining client relationships.
  7. Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
