They are now seeking a highly driven and technically minded Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a key sales region in the North West of the UK.

Area Sales Manager Requirements

• Background in technical, industrial, or manufacturing sales
• A passion for technical products and customer solutions
• Proven experience managing and growing B2B accounts
• Strong negotiation, relationship, and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently with a home-based setup
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%)
• Based within the following counties: Cheshire, Derbyshire, North Wales, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Manchester, Merseyside, Shropshire, Staffordshire, South and West Yorkshire

Area Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a customer portfolio across your region
• Plan and conduct client visits, including pricing and CRM updates
• Drive new business development and conversion
• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Act as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries
• Coordinate product tests with end-users and application engineers
• Advise clients on Hermes' product solutions
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and customer fairs
• Report directly to the UK Sales Manager
