Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a driven recruitment consultant in Bracknell to connect educators with schools across the UK. You will build relationships, hit targets, and drive growth within a market-leading education recruitment specialist.

You’ll oversee candidate-sourcing, client relations, and end-to-end placements while developing your career through clear progression, training, and a lucrative earning potential with a competitive base salary and generous OTE.

£28,000 to £31,000 base salary plus £5,000 to £20,000+ OTE

• Becoming an expert - stay ahead of education trends to provide market-leading recruitment solutions.
• Delivering exceptional service - ensure the highest quality standards in matching educators to schools.

• Sales focused - your experience in recruitment, direct sales or customer service, means you excel in a performance-driven environment to meet targets.
