Crossroads Truck & Bus Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager for our New Truck Sales Team at the Birstall depot. You will drive sales by expanding the customer base and managing your own pipeline, while delivering excellent service to existing customers.

The role requires prior CV industry experience, a proactive approach, and a full driving licence. You’ll work in a supportive, target‑driven environment with OTE potential and ongoing development opportunities.

The Role

We are looking to recruit an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join our successful New Truck Sales Team, based at our Birstall depot (WF17).

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the commercial vehicle industry and a proven track record in sales. We are seeking a motivated, proactive individual with a passion for building customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role would also suit someone looking to further develop their sales career within a well-established and respected company.

As a Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our existing customer base while actively generating new business opportunities across the region. You will be confident working independently, prospecting for new customers, arranging appointments, and managing your own sales pipeline.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a friendly, professional, and outgoing approach. We are looking for someone with the drive, resilience, and determination to succeed, even when faced with challenges, and who is committed to achieving and exceeding targets. Full driving license is required.
