Job summary

Freight Personnel is seeking an Area Sales Executive to cover the South West region, including Bristol, Gloucester, Bath, Swindon and surrounding areas. You’ll hunt new business, build a strong pipeline, onboard clients, and own your numbers with CRM tracking.

A full UK driving licence and your own car are required; car allowance starts from day one. Base salary is 30,000–35,000 with uncapped commission in a fast-growing logistics business.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience (field or telesales).

• Confidence, resilience, and strong negotiation skills.

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
