£34,663.20 + £312 Home Office Allowance + company car (Fuel allowance)

Barnardo’s is looking for a dynamic Area Retail Business Manager to oversee up to 25 stores across the Scottish Highlands (Angus, Aberdeenshire, Perth & Kinross, Fife, Morayshire, Inverness-shire).

You’ll drive sales and profit, lead and develop managers, staff and volunteers, and ensure our stores deliver outstanding customer service – all while helping fund life-changing work with vulnerable children.

What you’ll bring:

  • Multi-site or senior retail management experience
  • Proven ability to hit KPIs and manage budgets
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to travel daily (full driving licence required)
