Job summary

Savills is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide cover across the RISE portfolio, ensuring smooth estate management and high service standards on site in Greater London. You will recruit and train staff, implement health & safety systems, and maintain safe, welcoming environments for clients and occupiers.

You will liaise with landlords, occupiers, and internal teams to deliver continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven performance and people management experience.
• Experience embedding Health & Safety in daily operations.
• Experience in supervising maintenance, security and cleaning staff.
• Ability to manage detailed record-keeping systems.
• Able to work with tight deadlines and adapt to a mixed-use environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement property management plans to support landlord objectives.
• Develop relationships with landlord representatives and occupiers.
• Oversee service charge budgets and year-end packs with client approval.
• Ensure health & safety procedures and SOPs are in place and followed.
• Coordinate estate teams to meet standards within budgets.
• Conduct regular audits of estate/property records and practices.
