Job summary

Savills is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for the Turing Building in Stratford. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and the property team to deliver high-quality operational services and community engagement.

Role includes deputising in the Operations Manager’s absence, managing budgets, coordinating service partners, and driving Savills 5 Es and RISE methodology across the site. Working hours 08:30–17:00, salary up to £50,000.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational capabilities are essential.
• Excellent communications skills at all levels with tenants, partners and colleagues.
• Experience supervising contractors and service providers in a commercial property environment.
• Budget management experience and ability to manage spending against budgets.
• Proactive team player with a drive for continuous improvement and ESG alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Turing Building vision and values within the property services.
• Lead and train the onsite team to deliver high-quality operational standards.
• Maintain relationships with occupiers and service partners; attend KPI meetings and manage issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and audits, and maintain required records.
• Assist Operations Manager with budgeting, procurement, invoices and contract management.
• Lead communications with occupants, clients and Stratford Cross to enhance engagement.
