Job summary

Savills is seeking an Occupier Facilities Manager in Greater London to lead operational property management for clients and tenants. You will ensure systems are current, uphold safety standards and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.

You will mentor apprentices, develop training plans, manage budgets and service charges, and coordinate responses to incidents while maintaining high property standards.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely qualifications.
• Experience in preparing service charge budgets and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Operation Reporting System (Compass) and Datastation health & safety data.
• Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements, including health & safety.
• Prepare risk assessments and maintain minimum compliance rating (85%).
• Mentor FM Apprentices and develop training plans with Savills Pathways.
• Assist in budgeting, service charges, and expenditure monitoring.
