You will manage a team, use data to drive decisions and collaborate with senior colleagues to standardise shift practices.

Fluency in English (C1) and a university degree are required, with a proactive mindset and a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardize shift practices.
