Community Pub Manager - North West

In this role, you’ll be responsible for our community pubs in the North West, covering a patch of 17 pubs across North Wales, Chester, Stoke, and Manchester. The portfolio includes high-volume food pubs, wet-led venues, and a hotel.

This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work within our pubs, from home, and at our new pub support centre.

Compensation includes a potential salary of £60,000+ (depending on experience), an industry-leading £7,500 car allowance, private healthcare for you and your family, and additional benefits. You will also be eligible for an uncapped operations bonus scheme based on individual and area performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full P&L responsibility, focusing on driving sales, guest satisfaction, and achieving key financial and people KPIs.
• Develop and grow your team, enabling them to reach their full potential.
• Ensure all pub sites meet high standards.
• Collaborate with support functions such as Marketing, Finance, Recruitment, and HR.
• Participate in various working groups for personal development and project involvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Area Manager within hospitality.
• Passion for people, pubs, and the industry.
• Proven success in developing teams within a high sales environment.
• Ability to recognize and reward success, motivate, and challenge staff.
• Strong P&L management skills with commercial acumen.
• Live within the pub region and be able to drive.
