Amazon TA operates CF Fulfilment Centres in the UK and seeks an Area Manager to drive safety, quality and productivity across shifts. You will lead a team, implement process improvements and sustain high performance to meet customer demand.

The role combines people management with analytics, project work across the network, and collaboration with senior leaders to raise operational excellence and service levels.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in people management.
• Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.

• Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high level.
• Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility.
• Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence.
• Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices.
