Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Area Manager in the UK to lead site operations, driving safety culture, quality, and productivity across shifts. You will mentor managers, oversee process improvements, and coordinate with senior colleagues to standardise shift practices.

Qualifications

Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and other financial systems.
Experience in managing and developing teams.
Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas clearly.
Experience in data analysis and extracting insights to drive decisions.
English-language written and verbal communication skills.
Experience leading large teams and developing high-performing technical staff.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in operations management.
