Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver exceptional customer service and operational performance across branches.
• Own the P&L and ensure each branch executes the strategy with effective cost control and inventory management.
• Improve scorecard metrics through local accountability and clear data.
• Collaborate with branch, sales and regional teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee payroll, headcount, distribution and controllable operational targets.
• Lead, coach and develop branch management teams and succession plans.
• Foster collaboration across operations, retail and sales to optimize productivity and customer experience.
• Create an inclusive environment free from discrimination, harassment and bullying.
• Lead new processes, systems and standards to drive continuous improvement across the network.
• Be a role model for LKQ values and maintain integrity while motivating the team.
• Promote a safety-first culture across all branches.
