Travelodge York Central Layerthorpe is looking for an Area Nights Reception Team Member to join our friendly, family-like team on a part-time basis. The role runs 11pm–7am and may involve visiting other district hotels.

Full training provided and a supportive, fun environment with scope to grow through the Aspire Programme. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, walk the corridors, resolve occasional issues, and help prepare the hotel for the next day, including breakfast setup and bar service

• No experience required for this role, we can coach and teach you everything you need to know.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming guests and checking them into the hotel.
• Patrol corridors and handle occasional noise complaints and evictions.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys, prep for breakfast service, and sometimes serve behind the bar.

The role does require applicants to be able to drive around the various hotels within the district. The Working hours would be 11pm until 7am

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times".
