Travelodge Crawley is looking for an Area Night Reception Team Member to welcome guests, check them in and help keep the hotel running smoothly during night hours. You will drive between district hotels and support breakfast preparation, housekeeping setup and occasional bar service in a friendly, supportive team environment.

The role is full-time with a night shift 11pm–7am, and the team offers a fun, family-feel culture with opportunities to develop through Aspire Programme and incentive

Qualifikationen

• No experience required.
• Must be able to drive between hotels within the district.
• Willingness to work night shifts (11pm–7am).

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests and check them in at Travelodge Crawley.
• Walk corridors and handle occasional noise issues and evictions as needed.
• Prepare hotel for the next day (housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep).
• Serve behind the bar at times when required.

The role does require applicants to be able to drive around the various hotels within the district. The Working hours would be 11pm until 7am

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”.
