Job summary

TC Facilities Management is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across Grantham, Luton, M25, Kent, Essex and East Sussex. You will lead on-site teams, ensure service standards, manage budgets, and build strong customer relationships.

You'll travel between sites, support operations, recruit and train staff, and maintain rigorous compliance with company policies. The role is 40 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday, with a flexible approach to coverage.

• Conducting structured site visits to ensure service standards are consistently met
• Building strong customer relationships through open communication and regular engagement
• Coaching and supporting on-site teams to deliver excellent service
• Managing rotas, reviewing hours, and maintaining budget control
• Leading recruitment, onboarding, and training across your area
• Reviewing audits, identifying improvements, and taking action
• Ensuring colleagues have the tools, equipment, and resources needed to succeed
• Maintaining compliance with company processes, policies, and standards
• 40 hours, Wednesday to Sunday flexible.
