Job summary

TC Facilities Management is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across Grantham, Luton, M25, Kent and East Sussex. You will lead on-site teams, drive service standards, and build strong customer relationships while traveling between sites.

This role offers a 40-hour week with 5 out of 7 on a flexible schedule, a competitive salary of £38,000, a company car or allowance, and a range of benefits including laptop, pension, private health insurance, and bonus opportunities.

About The Role

Area Manager

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites within our organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, managing operations, and building strong customer relationships.

You will be required to coverareas such as Grantham Luton, M25, Kent and East Sussex

As an Area Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for day‑to‑day service delivery across your area. You’ll support on‑site teams, ensure high standards, and act as the key link between our colleagues and our customers.
