Are you a seasoned recruitment manager ready to make the next step in their leader? We are looking for someone to drive the growth, performance and team in our Camberley office, covering Accountancy, Business Support and Procurement and Supply chain recruitment in the local market.

The Role: Area Recruitment Manager

  • Location: Camberley (Hybrid – blend of office and home working)
  • Salary: £40,000 – £53,000 + car allowance + uncapped commission + team bonus
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead from the front - support your team in winning business and placing top tier talent.
  • Strategic leader - looking at trends in and gaps in the market.
  • Take full P&L ownership of your specialism
  • Shape sales strategy and set meaningful KPIs (we value quality over call volume)
  • Drive new business development and client acquisition
  • Coach, mentor, and develop your team in a supportive, growth-focused culture
  • Accelerate revenue across temporary, contract, and permanent placements
