Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking an Area Manager to lead services across the Southwest, ensuring regulatory compliance, budget adherence and high-quality care. You will support Service Managers, drive improvements, and help set up new schemes in line with Radis values.

Ideal candidates will have multi-site management experience in Health & Social Care, strong communication, and a proven ability to prioritise a busy workload while maintaining care standards. Driving is required.

• Oversee and support Service Managers to meet business plan objectives and budgets.
• Ensure services comply with regulatory standards and quality requirements.
• Support setting up new schemes and expanding service delivery across the Southwest.
• Promote high standards of professional practice and patient-centred care.

Radis Community Care has a rewarding opportunity for an Area Manager to join us in the Southwest area., As an Area Manager you will have the opportunity to work across an operational area to ensure all services are compliant and meet regulatory standards. You will manage and support Service Managers, as directed by the Regional Manager, to ensure all services achieve the objectives agreed in their business plans and work within their budgets whilst ensuring you are displaying, and upholding Radis values at all times. You will support the setting up of new schemes and promote a caring environment for Service Users through high standards of professional practice which are conducive to the multiple needs of the Service Users and ensure each Service User receives care appropriate to their needs. You will implement the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009 (England) or Social Services and Well-Being (Wales) Act 2014, Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and The Regulated Services (Service Providers and Responsible Individuals) (Wales) Regulations 2017.'
