Job summary

Radis Community Care in the Southwest invites applications for an Area Manager to oversee multiple services, ensure regulatory compliance and drive performance across an operational area in the South West.

The role requires leading Service Managers, managing budgets, and promoting Radis values while developing new schemes and maintaining high standards of professional care for Service Users. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site / area management experience.
• Experience of holding a similar role within Health & Social Care.
• Working within a regulated business and maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• OverseeServices to ensure regulatory standards and quality across the area.
• Support Service Managers and Regional Manager to meet business plans and budgets.
• Aid in setting up new schemes and uphold Radis values in day-to-day delivery.
