Job summary

Pharmaxo Compounding is seeking an experienced Area Lead for the Warehouse team. You will lead and organise an efficient, compliant operation ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full.

You will coach team members in packing and goods-in processes, drive throughput, and implement systems to provide full visibility of workload and priorities, while upholding GMP and Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
• Familiar with GMP SOPs and Health & Safety legislation.
• Experience with continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full.
• Coach team in efficient packing and goods-in processes and improve accuracy.
• Ensure all processes comply with GMP guidelines and SOPs and Health & Safety legislation.
• Drive continuous improvement and visibility of workload and priorities.
