Job summary

Pharmaxo Compounding is seeking an experienced Area Lead for the Warehouse team. You will lead and organise an efficient, compliant operation ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full.

You will coach team members in packing and goods-in processes, drive throughput, and implement systems to provide full visibility of workload and priorities, while upholding GMP and Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
• Familiar with GMP SOPs and Health & Safety legislation.
• Experience with continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Area Lead to join our Warehouse team and take responsibility for ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full.

You will be responsible for leading your team ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively within the Warehouse process stream. You will be confident of organising and prioritising workloads throughout the process stream to maximise throughput and efficiency without compromising on quality or compliance. You will also ensure all processes follow GMP guidelines as per SOPs and Health and Safety legislation. You will also coach your team in the most efficient and accurate packing and goods-in processes and introduce systems to enable full visibility of workload and priorities. You will be involved in continuous improvement activities as and when required.
