Job summary

Chemist4U (Innox Trading Ltd) is seeking a proactive Warehouse Team Leader for its Skelmersdale site. You will supervise daily warehouse operations, manage rosters, and drive efficiency while ensuring GMP/ MHRA compliance in handling pharmaceutical goods.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in warehousing, and knowledge of regulatory guidelines. The position offers a fixed shift pattern with weekend inclusion and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Warehousing and Storage (desirable).
• Forklift truck licence desirable.
• Proven leadership in logistics or warehouse.
• Knowledge of GPhC and MHRA guidelines desirable.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: supervise daily tasks, monitor performance, delegate tasks, train and manage rosters.
• Process Management: receive/inspect/store goods, coordinate transport, optimize space, monitor WMS, incident reporting.
• Facility & Safety: uphold health and safety, PPE, safe equipment, maintain safe warehouse environment.
• Compliance & Documentation: check delivery notes, inspect goods, maintain records, handle controlled drugs and temperature-controlled items, audits support.
• Communication & Collaboration: liaise with drivers/suppliers, report goods-in performance, collaborate cross-functionally.
