Job summary

AAH is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the UK to lead a busy team in distributing pharmaceutical and healthcare products. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive KPI achievement, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across the branch.

You will ensure customer satisfaction, supervise resources, and maintain compliance with regulatory bodies while supporting development opportunities and exhibiting our ICARE values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to ensure productivity and KPI’s are being achieved.
• Plan and manage designated resource to undertake the day to day work to achieve service levels and key branch performance targets within employment costs.
• Ensure the safe operation and upkeep of all warehouse equipment and maintain high standards of health and safety, cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the branch.
• Ensure the operation adheres to Standard Operating Procedures within the branch to ensure compliance with statutory requirements of all regulatory bodies, GDP, MHRA and to retain the branch ISO quality accreditation.
• Make decisions which positively affect all aspects of branch performance that are aligned with our values.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience is provided at all times.

About The Role

Warehouse Supervisor

Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor where you will be an integral part of the leadership team distributing pharmaceutical and healthcare products to our customers and patients. Permanent Contract – immediate start available.

permanent day shift with occasional Sunday cover when required, up to 39 hours per week, 5 days per week. Days Shift 16:00 to 00:00 (shift start and finish times may vary and occasional 6 day / shift may be required)
