Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking an ambitious Area General Manager to support the Regional General Manager across East Anglia and the South East. You will oversee a flexible group of three to four hotels, stepping in where your leadership will make the biggest impact.

You will partner with Hotel Managers to drive guest experiences, commercial success and operational excellence, coach leaders, improve revenue, and build strong relationships with central teams and owners.

Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-site GM or senior hotel leadership role.
• Strong ability to develop and mentor leaders in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven track record of improving commercial performance and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Hotel Managers to strengthen leadership capability and deliver outstanding results.
• Improving commercial performance through revenue management, cost control and performance planning.
• Driving consistency across the portfolio, ensuring brand standards, compliance and operational excellence.
• Using performance data, guest feedback and business insight to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Leading change, supporting hotel openings, transitions and improvement projects as required.
• Building strong relationships with central support teams, owners and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Acting as a trusted deputy to the Regional General Manager and contributing to regional strategy.
