Job summary

Glen Group is looking for an experienced Area Cleaning Mobile Supervisor to support on-site Cleaning Teams across Office & Educational settings in the Cannock area.

You will report to the Area Cleaning Manager and coordinate visits, holidays, audits, and client communications, while maintaining hands-on leadership and ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the cleaning industry, including supervisory experience (essential).
• Full UK driving licence, minimum 1 year's driving experience, and aged 21+ (insurance requirement).
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning site visits with your Area Manager.
• Planning staff holidays.
• Dealing with on-site issues.
• Correcting cleaning issues.
• Carrying out on-site cleaning audits with clients.
• Communication with clients.
• Training new employees.
• Refresher training with all employees.
• Be flexible during working hours.
• Work closely with Area Manager.
• Cover the Area Manager during annual leave.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Area Cleaning Mobile Supervisor to join our team, supporting our Area Cleaning Manager with our on-site Cleaning Teams across both Office & Educational settings in the Cannock area.

About the Role:

Due to varying shift patterns across our portfolio, you'll need to be available to work 5 days out of 7, between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday (average 35 hours per week) at £15 per hour.

We also require someone with a safe working Vehicle as use of own Vehicle will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning site visits with your Area Manager


• Planning staff holidays


• Dealing with on-site issues


• Correcting cleaning issues


• Carrying out on-site cleaning Audits with our Clients


• Communication with our Clients


• Training new Employees


• Refresher training with all Employees


• Be flexible during working hours


• Working closely with our Area Manager


• Covering the Area Manager during Annual Leave

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in the cleaning industry, including supervisory experience (essential)


• Full UK driving licence, minimum 1 year's driving experience, and aged 21+ (required for insurance purposes)
