Job summary

The Glen Group in Cannock is seeking an experienced Area Cleaning Mobile Supervisor to support our Cleaning Teams across Office and Educational settings. You will work five days out of seven, 7am–9pm, averaging 35 hours per week, and you must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Strong communication and organisational skills are a must for this hands-on leadership role. You will also contribute to on-site cleaning quality audits, client communications, and staff development

• Full UK driving licence, 21+ years old for insurance.
• Flexibility with working hours across 7 days.

Cannock Area

We're looking for an experienced Area Cleaning Mobile Supervisor to join our team, supporting our Area Cleaning Manager with our on-site Cleaning Teams across both Office & Educational settings in the Cannock area.

About the Role

Due to varying shift patterns across our portfolio, you'll need to be available to work 5 days out of 7, between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday (average 35 hours per week) at £15 per hour.

We also require someone with a safe working Vehicle as use of own Vehicle will be required.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in the cleaning industry, including supervisory experience (essential)
• Full UK driving licence, minimum 1 year's driving experience, and aged 21+ (required for insurance purposes)
• Flexibility with working hours
• Strong communication and organisational skills
