Job summary

Glen Group is seeking an experienced Area Cleaning Mobile Supervisor to support on-site Cleaning Teams across Office and Educational settings in the Rugeley area. The role requires availability for 5 days out of 7, between 7am and 9pm, averaging 35 hours per week at £15 per hour.

You will oversee site planning, staff holidays, audits, and client communications, with training provided. A valid UK driving licence is essential; own vehicle may be required. Uniform provided and DBS checks updated.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the cleaning industry, including supervisory experience (essential).
• Full UK driving licence and at least 1 year of driving experience (insurance requirement).
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

We're looking for an experienced Area Cleaning Mobile Supervisor to join our team, supporting our Area Cleaning Manager with our on-site Cleaning Teams across both Office & Educational settings in the Rugeley area.

About the Role:

Due to varying shift patterns across our portfolio, you'll need to be available to work 5 days out of 7, between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday (average 35 hours per week) at £15 per hour.

We also require someone with a safe working Vehicle as use of own Vehicle will be required.

• Carrying out on-site cleaning Audits with our Clients
• Communication with our Clients
• Training new Employees
• Refresher training with all Employees

• Working closely with our Area Manager
• Covering the Area Manager during Annual Leave

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in the cleaning industry, including supervisory experience (essential)
• Full UK driving licence, minimum 1 year's driving experience, and aged 21+ (required for insurance purposes)
• Flexibility with working hours
• Strong communication and organisational skills
