Acerta Group is seeking a dedicated Area Cleaning Manager to cover the region across our cleaning operations. You will oversee staff, ensure compliance and safety, and drive service delivery to meet contract specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, experience managing multi-site cleaning teams, and a proactive approach to customer relationships. A full UK driving licence is essential to travel between sites.

Join Acerta Group where we pride ourselves on maintaining pristine environments for our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Area Cleaning Manager to join our team and cover the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that business objectives are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cleaning operations across the region
• Client meetings
• Complete weekly payroll, using inhouse clocking system
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of services in line with the contract specification
• Lead, motivate, and support site-based cleaning teams to deliver consistently high standards.
• Visit client’s sites across the region to ensure customer standards are met
• Complete site Audits and Toolbox talks
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
• Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff, offering support and guidance
• Ensure Health & Safety, company compliance requirements are adhered to across all sites
• Due to operational needs you may be required to cover staff's holidays/sickness

You’ll ideally have

• Management experience in a multi-site cleaning role
• Team player with strong leadership skills
• Excellent customer service relationship skills
• Firsthand knowledge of the cleaning sector
• Understanding of Health & Safety
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Full UK driving licence
