Job summary

Southern Water group is seeking an Architecture Analyst to support governance, data accuracy and repository management within the architecture function. This hybrid role involves coordinating governance forums, maintaining artefacts and ensuring data quality across tools.

You will develop architecture MI dashboards (Power BI) and collaborate with data owners to drive improvements in processes and governance, enabling efficient decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture, PMO or service-management support.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Experience with architecture tooling and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architecture governance forums (agenda, scheduling, materials, minutes).
• Track decisions, actions and outcomes from governance forums.
• Maintain architecture repository and ensure artefact completeness before publication.
• Ensure alignment between architecture data, CMDB and other sources; remediate data issues.
• Produce regular reporting on architecture metrics and data quality for governance.
• Develop MI dashboards and visualisations (Power BI) for stakeholder insights.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, templates and ways of working.
• Track deliverables and provide operational support to the architecture function.
